1. Please complete the Club Application Form below.
​2. After Club Application Form has been completed and submitted, please email Sean Carey on [email protected] to schedule a Zoom Meeting to learn more about your club.
3. A formal response to your club's application will be delivered to you via email no later than January 20, 2023
